Over the summer, Van Winkle partnered with Whitefield Academy to build a new Tennis Complex at their school in Smyrna. The project included six new courts, resurfacing of two existing courts, and a new tennis building, which included locker rooms, restrooms, concessions and storage.

We attended the groundbreaking that coincided with the school’s Alumni weekend. Willie Russell says,“Jon Kangas, our superintendent, did an excellent job of keeping the jobsite safe and bringing the job in ahead of schedule.” We feel very blessed to have a great relationship with Whitefield Academy, having completed several projects on their campus, including Morris Hall, the 55,000 sf Upper School building with classrooms, administrative offices and Louis Owens Theater (300-seat Black Box theater).
