Sitework is now underway for the Flats at East Lake apartments in Decatur, GA! Earlier this January, Van Winkle and FM Kitchens began grading for this new multifamily project for Audubon Communities. Project completion is slated for the spring of 2023.

“We are thrilled to get some dirt moving and build this project with the Audubon team,” says Van Winkle Project Manager Andrew Luther.

This new project includes two new 3-story buildings with open breezeways. Each building contains 56 units for a total of 112 units. The project also includes one standalone 1-story leasing building with adjoining mail and maintenance room. The Flats at East Lake will include surface parking for all residents and guests.
