PROJECT SCOPE

This new multifamily project in Decatur includes two three story buildings with open breezeways. The Flats at East Lake will also include surface parking and amenities to be used by the new development as well as the neighboring existing development.

Each apartment building contains 56 units for a total of 112 units. The project also includes one standalone single story leasing building with an adjoining mail and maintenance room.

Scope includes site work.
