One of Van Winkle’s newest projects, The Chelsea at Cornerstone, has made great progress since we last updated you in November. It is slowly but surely starting to take shape. Many of the nine apartment buildings and six town homes are already dried-in and making great headway. The Chelsea at Cornerstone also includes one clubhouse, two garages and a maintenance building in this multifamily project in Knoxville, Tennessee.

This project is a collaboration with DK Levy Architecture and Design and Ross/Fowler Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, and Planning.
