The Villas at Canterfield of Kennesaw are now ready for move-in! The new facility’s sits adjacent to the existing Canterfielf of Kennesaw Assisted Living to provide a convenient location of access for every level of care need.

The new Independent Living facility is a 4-story wood framed building atop a 1-story concrete parking deck with 62 spaces. The building houses 81 Independent Living apartments including both one and two bedroom units.

The building includes a 2-story lobby, leasing office, arts and crafts room, exercise room, multi-purpose room, library, club room, communal and private dining room, commercial kitchen, and two public living rooms. Three elevators and three stairwells service all four floors of the building.

Outdoor amenities include a heated and covered pool, covered porte cochere, and a covered trash enclosure.
