Van Winkle has been awarded Phase I of the Mansions at Gwinnett. We are enthusiastic about this senior living facility project because we have entered into a strategic partnership with the Mansions Senior Living Group with plans to develop many facilities throughout the state of Georgia.

Phase I consists of a 140,000 sf three-story, stick frame, independent living facility. The building will have 135 one and two bedroom apartments, a full commercial kitchen and dining room for community meals, a sports lounge, a card room, an arts and crafts room, and a library. Van Winkle is in negotiations for Phase II which will be a 90,000 sf assisted living facility with 90 one and two bedroom apartments. The entire property is a 19 acre site.
