Van Winkle Construction has completed the new Margaret Murray Washington Hall on the campus of Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, AL. The building contains 25,000 square feet and houses the school’s Office of Admissions and Enrollment Management as well as a bookstore, gift shop and a dining facility.

The project has accumulated sufficient points to attain LEED Gold certification. Once certified, Margaret Murray Washington Hall will be the first LEED certified building on the Tuskegee campus.

Margaret Murray Washington Hall is part of Tuskegee University’s ongoing $45 million capital improvement plan.

The architect of record is Rosser International of Atlanta, GA and the program manager is Hoar Program Management of Birmingham, AL
