Van Winkle Construction is providing construction management services for the new Marriott Courtyard in Vinings, Georgia. This is Van Winkle’s second hotel opportunity within the Marriott family.

This 140,000 SF project consists of a five-story wood frame structure on top of a two level, below grade, cast in place concrete podium with a façade of cast stone and stucco with a brick veneer. The hotel will feature 139 premium guest rooms, a large indoor swimming pool, and a full commercial kitchen. The project includes a post tension parking deck capable of supporting 85 cars and accommodating 75 more on surface parking.
