At the end of last year, Van Winkle completed the H&M at Atlantic Station renovation project, but our work is far from over!

Currently, we are in the process of renovating the new Forever 21 at Atlantic Station as well as constructing a new Bowlero.

Forever 21 at Atlantic Station, located next to the Atlanta flagship H&M at Atlantic Station, is scheduled to open in early Fall 2019. Van Winkle is hard at work installing the escalators, elevator, MEP, and structural improvements inside the renovated building. On the exterior side, installation of the water resistant barrier completed at the end of April, and we are gearing up to install the metal pans and decorative iridescent tile on the building’s façade. The finished re-roofing of the Forever 21 building finishes tomorrow, May 15th!

Located next to Atlantic Station’s iconic Regal Theater, Bowlero at Atlantic Station is the first bowling alley and gastropub entertainment center of its kind in Atlanta, and we are in the thick of it! Currently, the project is progressing as scheduled and Van Winkle is in the process of installing the exterior wall framing, sheathing, and waterproofing measures with the project’s final completion- and slated Bowlero opening- planned for late summer 2019. In addition to 30 bowling lanes and a full gastropub, the approximately 36,000 sf facility will feature a digital gaming area and a state-of-the-art sound attenuation and acoustics ceiling system.
