Are you ready for Van Winkle’s 6th Annual Shoot for Literacy this September 24, 2021? Online registration opened this month!

Our annual sporting clay event is a Friday of food, fellowship, fundraising, and fun! The 8am-1pm shoot at Garland Mountain Sporting Clays in Waleska, Georgia includes a hearty breakfast and lunch followed by an awards ceremony. What’s more, the event also includes a raffle with fabulous prizes! This year’s prizes include YETI Tundra Cooler packages, a new over-under shotgun, and a drone.

About the Cause

Van Winkle’s annual Shoot for Literacy supports the mission of the Matthew E Russell Foundation (MERF). MERF enriches the futures of communities in South Africa by building new libraries to inspire and support learning and literacy. All funds raised at the Shoot for Literacy go to providing the children of South Africa access to educational media and resources. You can learn more about MERF here.
