Van Winkle’s newest project, the Shiloh Road Apartments, looks beyond COVID-19 to the future need for high-density student housing.

The Shiloh Road Apartments are a new off-campus student housing development intended for Kennesaw State University students. The site, located around the corner from I-75’s Exit 283, offers convenient access to the main campus and Kennesaw’s commercial center. This new 111,500 square foot project intends for residents to live in style with everything they need for a successful and fulfilling student life: full kitchens, bathrooms, pool with pool house, and community gathering areas for social events.

Projected completion for the Shiloh Road Apartments is in fall of 2022.
