This summer, The Mansions Properties awarded Van Winkle another Senior Living facility project in Buford, GA! This is Van Winkle’s second project with The Mansions Properties and we are excited to continue our relationship with them! The Mansions Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is a 90,000 square foot assisted living facility with 48 assisted living units. It also includes 46 specialized memory care units for residents with dementia and other age-related memory challenges.

This new facility is set to go up alongside The Mansions Independent Senior Living facility in Buford. The Independent Senior Living facility is a 140,000 square foot, four-story, wood frame building with 130 one and two bedroom apartments, a full commercial kitchen and dining room for community meals, a sports lounge, a card room, an arts and crafts room, salon, and a library.
