Mt. Pleasant Senior Living chose Van Winkle Construction to build this 80-unit Memory Care and Assisted Living facility within the 45+ acre Carolina Park development in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. This facility features picturesque landscaping and resort-style amenities to provide the highest level of care to its clients. These state-of-the-art facilities include an infinity track, gourmet meals, and a rooftop sitting area complete with scenic views of the Low Country.

Free Chapel Braselton
Free Chapel Braselton
Free Chapel Braselton is Van Winkle’s second project for Free Chapel after renovations to the Gwinnett campus. This project included the addition of a new eastern entrance as well as a facade. Renovations included the flooring and finishes in the welcome area, children’s area, and connecting hallways.

Sherwood Baptist Church Education Wing
This three story educational facility for Sherwood Baptist Church incorporates educational classrooms and fellowship areas for all ages. Van Winkle constructed this building in two phases: the first phase included all new construction and the second included the remodel of the existing church and tie-in to the new wing. The new wing includes classrooms, offices, welcome area, café, patio dining area, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, commercial kitchen, and the Ron Dunn Center for Biblical Studies.

Johns Creek United Methodist Church
Johns Creek United Methodist Church
Van Winkle collaborated with Johns Creek United Methodist Church to add a new worship facility and athletic complex to the existing church campus. The two-story facility includes a sanctuary with seating for 1,600 as well as a gathering room, bride’s room, choir room, and music room. The building also includes restrooms, mechanical systems, and elevators. The project scope included extensive site work. Van Winkle constructed eight new athletic fields, memorial garden, and parking facilities.

A central rotunda and adjoining wings comprise this two-story steel frame building housing student dining services, bookstore, administration spaces, and storage.
