Marriott Evergreen Conference Center
The Marriott Evergreen Conference Center is comprised of multiple connecting buildings: four main guest room buildings, the Conference Center, the ballroom building, and a main hotel. Van Winkle Construction renovated the entire exterior (EFIS) while keeping the hotel operational. We re-roofed all of the buildings, refurbished all of the guest room balconies, rebuilt railings, and upgraded any handicap accessibility concerns.

Cherokee Town & Country Club
Cherokee Town & Country Club
Cherokee Town & Country Club contracted Van Winkle Construction to improve and expand the club’s main entrance and dining areas. Renovations included the entrance hallway and stairway, group exercise room, and maple wood sports floor. Additions included new dining space and two terraces featuring outdoor fireplaces accented with a limestone surround.

First Horizon Bank in Snellville is a steel frame structure with metal roofing, pneumatic tube system, Novar controls, and low voltage electrical systems. The exterior façade is brick, cast stone, and EIFS. In 2008, the building changed ownership to Fifth-Third Bank.

Medical Development Corporation selected Van Winkle Construction to build The Villas at Canterfield of Kennesaw Independent Living facility. The new facility sits adjacent to the existing Assisted Living Facility to provide a convenient location for every level of care need. The new facility is a 4-story wood framed building over a 1-story concrete parking deck. The building houses 81 Independent Living apartments including both one and two bedroom units.
