PROJECT SCOPE

The Marriott Evergreen Conference Center is comprised of multiple connecting buildings: four main guest room buildings, the Conference Center, the ballroom building, and a main hotel. Van Winkle Construction renovated the entire exterior (EFIS) while keeping the hotel operational. 

We re-roofed all of the buildings, refurbished all of the guest room balconies, rebuilt railings, and upgraded any handicap accessibility concerns. We built a new observation deck out of IPE wood imported from Brazil, and replaced the concrete between the pool and deck. We refurbished the indoor pool house with new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, a new HVAC system, and new lighting. We also renovated the outdoor pavilion with a new metal roof, repaired the glue laminate beams, and installed a new tongue and groove ceiling.
