DESCRIPTION
Van Winkle renovated and expanded hangars B82, B83, B84, and corresponding support areas for Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems. This Van Winkle project is one of over 60 for Lockheed Martin, including the B95 and B27 Renovation and Addition.
The project required the removal and replacement of 22,000 square feet of concrete paving.
FEATURES
Hangars
The Lockheed Martin hangars hold aircraft carriers for repairs and shelter. The expanded hangars are structural steel with new siding, roofing, wet and foam fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, fabric door, and roll-up rear doors. Each building includes administrative offices.
