DESCRIPTION
Van Winkle constructed this new Construction Manager at Risk sanctuary building for Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church on the campus’s existing site. The building contains a sanctuary with meeting space, restrooms, nursery, and childcare rooms.

Sanctuary Features
The new worship center sanctuary seats 850 and features a custom pipe-digital combination organ.
The building incorporates installations from the original church, including the hanging crucifix corpus and the Chi-Rho stone in the baptismal font.
Parking and Site Improvements
Van Winkle reconfigured the church parking lot to accommodate additional spaces.
