DESCRIPTION

Van Winkle performed work for three retail projects at Atlanta’s premier Atlantic Station: Bowlero, Forever 21, and H&M. Project scope included the renovation and connection of two existing buildings from the center’s original Atlantic Steel Mill and the addition of a new bowling facility and restaurant. This tight site remained open to the public for the duration of the projects.

FEATURES

H&M and Forever 21

Work on the H&M included the renovation of the first two floors of an existing multi-story structure and the underlying below-ground parking complex. Van Winkle constructed a new connecting canopy between the renovated H&M and neighboring Forever 21, another tight-site Van Winkle renovation project. The canopy features a green roof for aesthetic effect.

Bowlero

The new Bowlero bowling alley sits across the street from the Forever 21 at Atlantic Station, and is the first of its kind in Atlanta! The new facility will feature 30 lanes of bowling, a digital gaming area, and a full-service gastropub.
