This new gated multifamily community consists of 16 residential buildings including 282 apartments and 36 townhomes for a total of 318 units, a one-story clubhouse, and garage buildings on a 20-acre site. Amenities include an in-ground pool, outdoor pavilion, community lounge, private workstations, conference room, basketball court, fitness center, hammock garden, outdoor grill and fire pit areas, package room, onsite EV chargers, pet wash, dog park, garages, and a private walking community.
