H&M at Atlantic Station is complete and open for business! This tight site project included the renovation of the first two floors of an existing multi-story building and the construction of a connecting canopy between the renovated warehouse and the neighboring building. But wait- there’s more!

Atlantic Station’s Forever 21 project includes the renovation of the existing multi-story structure attached to the completed H&M.

Atlanta’s first Bowlero bowling alley will re-purpose the existing retail stores immediately adjacent to Atlantic Station’s Regal Cinema. The 36,000 sf Bowlero will feature 30 bowling lanes, a digital gaming area, and a full-service gastropub.
