Together, we raised $89,000 and exceeded last year’s total by $19,000! Thank you to our sponsors and participants for blessing us with your presence at another great event. In particular, we recognize 84 Lumber, All Systems, and TMC Cranes for their generous donations!

This year, the sharpest shooters received their awards over a barbecue lunch, and our gracious raffle winners returned home with fabulous prizes: four Atlanta Falcons tickets, an Apple Watch, Wicked the Musical tickets, an Atlanta restaurant package, an Atlantic Station gift package, or an Atlanta attraction package for four!

If you or your company would like to participate in next year’s Shoot for Literacy, mark your calendars for September 25th, 2020! Sign-ups will open in the spring of next year.

The Matthew E. Russell Foundation enriches the futures of children in Africa by building new libraries to inspire learning and literacy. All funds raised at the Shoot for Literacy go to providing the children of South Africa with access to educational media and resources. You can learn more about the organization here.
