DESCRIPTION

This new development in Sugar Hill includes 19 four-story row houses comprising 38 units, and two four-story apartment buildings that contain 178 units. Amenities include a main clubhouse and townhome amenity building, two outdoor pools, green space, pickleball court, dog park and two retail container buildings. The development features a 14-foot-wide walking trail that connects to downtown Sugar Hill and incorporates a 112-foot timber framed walk bridge.
