Under Design-Build, Van Winkle leads the both the design and construction processes. Not only does this put project leadership squarely on the shoulders of one entity, but it reduces time from project start to finish by combining design and construction phases.

During Design-Build, communication is key. We facilitate an understanding of your vision amongst all team members during Preconstruction and use this to guide the entire project. Van Winkle oversees the design portion of the project and provides in-depth construction input throughout the process. During design development, Van Winkle selects Subcontractors and completes any necessary permitting to begin construction.
