Van Winkle Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator. Minimum duties include:
- Attendance of pre-bid conferences
- Review existing site conditions
- Supervise document distribution
- Solicit subcontractors
- Prepare quantity surveys
- Create estimates
- Analyze subcontractor proposals
- Attend meetings with engineers, architects and owners as necessary
10 – 15 years of experience is preferred.
The Project Manager is responsible for the daily management and coordination of construction projects with respect to subcontract management, scheduling, bidding and contract administration functions. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate leadership, organizational and time management skills.
The Project Manger must have a four year engineering or construction management degree and 5 – 10 years practical field experience. Competitive compensation and excellent benefits package are available.
