Project scope: Construction of a 20,000 s.f. clubhouse at the new golf course
includes men's locker room, men's grill, dining facility, cart barn, modern
kitchen and other amenities. The interior and exterior finishes were selected
to last a lifetime with Brazilian walnut flooring, granite and slate floors,
exposed, hand-hewn reconditioned beams and mahogany wood windows.
Van Winkle worked to secure the supplier of the fieldstone.
