Clark Atlanta University Pfeiffer, Holmes & Merner Dorms – Atlanta, GA
Project Scope:
Van Winkle Construction completely renovated the interior and restored the exterior of Pfeiffer, Holmes and Merner dormitories on the Clark Atlanta University campus. Each dorm is a three-story building offering 50-60 standard housing rooms, Resident Assistant rooms, lounges, common spaces, rest rooms, laundry and fitness rooms. This was delivered as a design-build project.
