Capital City Club at Crabapple – Woodstock, GA
Project Scope:
Van Winkle & Co. constructed a 20,000 square foot clubhouse at the new golf course located at Crabapple near Woodstock. The project includes Men’s Grill, men’s and women’s locker rooms, dining facility, Pro Shop, a full kitchen, cart barn, outdoor dining and other amenities.
The interior and exterior finishes were selected to last a lifetime, with Brazilian walnut flooring, granite and slate floors, exposed hand-hewn, reconditioned beams and mahogany wood windows. Van Winkle hand-selected the supplier of the fieldstone for each area of the clubhouse building.
