Project scope: Thrall Car Manufacturing produces railroad cars for the
rail industry. Boxcars are produced at the facility in Winder, GA, and
coal cars are produced in the Cartersville facility. Several projects
were completed, beginning with the construction of the paint building.
This building includes rail lines and spurs, scales and a heavy
mechanical and electrical package. Other projects include a
maintenance shop and parking expansions.
